Monday, November 14, 2011 Freshman Priority Registration begins

Parents and their students are encouraged to register for Freshman Priority Registration Meetings.  At these meetings, you will have an opportunity meet with Administration and Counselors, choose classes, tour the school, and learn about additional programs offered at Hamilton.         Appointment times are available at www.hamiltonhuskies.com

Tuesday, January 17, 2012 Hamilton Counselors visit Jr. High Schools

Hamilton Counselors will visit Junior High Schools to distribute and discuss registration options with students.

The schedule is as follows:

January 17^th - Santan Jr. High

January 18^th - Bogle Jr. High

January 19^th - Willis Jr. High

January 20^th - Andersen Jr. High

January 23^rd - Payne Jr. High

Monday, January 23, 2012 Open House

Parents and their students are encouraged to attend Hamilton’s Curriculum/Open House on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. Counselors will be available at 6:00 for questions.  No registration is necessary.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012 Hamilton Counselors return to Jr. High Schools

Hamilton Counselors return to the Junior High Schools to pickup Course Selection forms from students.

The schedule is as follows:

January 31^st - Bogle Jr. High

February 1^st - Payne Jr. High

February 2^nd - Willis Jr. High

February 3^rd - Andersen Jr. High

February 6^th - Santan Jr. High

Formal Registration for the 2012-13 classes is now complete!  If your student did not complete a Course Selection form during the registration period, please contact the Freshman Counselor, Amy Furrow at (480) 883-5032.
