RAINY DAY PROTOCOL
While we do not often have RAINY DAYS in Arizona, when we do, we have to be prepared for the unexpected.
Please take note:
When it is raining heavily at dismissal time, students (excluding Kids Express and bus riders) will all be moved to buildings G and H.
We will use walkie talkies to call students for parent pick-up.
If you walk/park to claim your child, please go to building G for K-3 students and building H for 4-6 students. Older siblings will be asked to go to the location of the youngest sibling.
Student who normally walk or ride a bike home will be held until the downpour and/or lightning subside.
Students will be given the opportunity to call a parent or care giver to notify them of where they are and to get any additional instructions.
